TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility with the method of leveraging Body Weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique will be monitored and modifications given to enable each participant to be safely challenged. This class is for all levels and is used in rehabilitating weak muscles and for challenging strong muscles through leveraging, gravity, and speed. As control is achieved, cardio challenges will be structured in the class activity.

Take 30 minutes to focus on the core with the TRX straps. Focus is on your core that initiates upper and lower body moving.
